All the pieces are handmade with a lot of love, care and time. Please allow 3-5 business days for product to be manufactured prior to shipping. Many of the RINGA pieces are made with natural stones which is why they may turn out slightly differently from the items shown online.

RETURNS

Due to the unique nature of our materials, all jewelry items: necklaces, bracelets, earrings, anklets, are for final sale. Due to our made-to-order approach, we do not accept returns.

If you need to change the size or size of your product, you have 15 days to make the change. We will accept the exchange of the product as long as it arrives new, unused, in its original packaging and with the electronic ticket. The process for changing Measurements - Sizes is as follows: Write to us at info@ringathesotre.com specifying the order number and what you want to change (measurement, size, always the same product). We will contact you shortly to continue with the process.

Our jewelry is delicate and fragile. We are happy to repair most manufacturing flaws. Please email info@ringathesotre.com a picture of your damaged jewelery to discuss possible options. We will contact you shortly.

** Manufacturing faults do NOT include: broken chain; chipped, cracked, split or broken pearls, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear, including items that have been warped, twisted and broken, rusted, or where the coating is fading.

TERMS

If you are sending a defective item, the amount will be refunded after the item is inspected and postage will be refunded.

If you are returning an item for a change of size or size the postage cost will be borne by the buyer, the item must be returned in the original packaging in a hard case to avoid crushing while in the mail.

Items that are improperly packaged and subsequently crushed in postage cannot be replaced. Items that have clearly been worn and damaged, either deliberately or by accident, are not considered defective and will not be accepted.
