Make sure your delivery address is correct and safe: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked as undeliverable due to wrong shipping address will be reissued when received back and will have a reshipping fee.
We cannot refund or replace stolen packages or any unrecovered packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
In case you wish to make a change in the delivery address after the order has been sent, you must contact us as soon as possible. Changing the shipping address will incur an additional cost depending on the destination.
The duties and taxes that apply in each country are NOT included in the total at the time of payment.
For international orders, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transportation of all our shipments is DHL.
Lost packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to help you.
We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Shipments to post boxes will not be possible.

Sometimes shipments to countries outside of Chile may have additional fees and taxes. In this case, it will be at the buyer's expense.
